ABOUT
Searenity beach house holds thousands of memories from family and friend gatherings. It represents the serenity of sharing memories with the people you love, the serenity of leaving your daily routine and troubles aside and leave in the moment. The sound of the sea and the rustling of the palm tree leaves on a breezy night. We invite you to create your own unique memories with your friends and family and share some of the serenity we have shared for many years.
The house is located in a private complex with its own mini market and coffee shop. In the main street in front of the complex, within walking distance, you can find restaurants, fast food chains, pharmacy, taverns and many other amenities which you might find helpful. By car you have easy access to the highway which can take you to any city or village. Within minutes, you can also expand your experiences by visiting the Mall , City center, Finikoudes beach which is a long strip full of restaurants, bars, organised sand beaches, water sports, shops, the marina and many other little surprises worth exploring.
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor of the house has a comfortable sitting room with a three-seater sofa (which can be configured in a single bed ), a flat TV and ariconditioning. Spacious, equipped functional kitchen, a dinning area, toilet and shower room.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor you can find three bedrooms ( two rooms with a double bed and one room with two single beds). Plenty of cupboards and hangers as well as a toilet and bathroom room.
